Can I reorder a previous scent?

Yes. Your account keeps past formulas so you can bring a favorite bottle back with a single reorder.

How do I choose notes?

Start with a bright top note, build the heart, then choose a base that gives the scent its lasting character.

Do payments leave the website?

No. Checkout opens directly inside the North Allen Perfumery site.

How will I know an order was placed?

You will receive a confirmation email after checkout, and the studio is notified right away.

Can I get a refund if I do not like the scent?

No. Custom perfume and cologne orders are final sale because each bottle is blended to your selected notes, size, strength, name, and instructions.

When are refunds allowed?

Refunds are considered only when an order arrives damaged. You must contact North Allen Perfumery within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged bottle and packaging.

Do I have to return a damaged item?

Yes. Approved damage claims require the damaged product and packaging to be returned before a refund is issued. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.

Are shipping fees refundable?

Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or specifically approved as part of a verified damaged-on-arrival claim.
